The main tasks of the Department:

1. Coordination of the activities of the scientific departments of the Center;

2. Preparation of annual plans and reports on the scientific activities of the Center, including placement of planning and reporting of research in information systems,;

3. Drafting agreements on scientific and technical cooperation of the Center;

4. Providing researchers with information about scientific conferences, seminars in the medical and biological field, collecting and editing abstracts, articles;

5. Organization and carrying out of scientific seminars, conferences and their coverage on the official website of the Institution and in the media;

6. Evaluation of the results of scientific activity of the Center’s staff (effective contract);

7. Completing the file of publications of researchers in the library of the Center, conducting departmental subscriptions to catalogs and prospectuses of industry information bodies;

8. Joint activity with the publishing group in  preparing, collecting materials, translating and layout articles for publication in the Yakut Medical Journal, monographs, textbooks and collections of scientific papers;

9. Consulting researchers on the design of bibliographic lists for dissertations, monographs, methodological recommendations, articles, research reports, editing the list of references;

10. Control over international scientific and technical cooperation (registration and presentation of information in the YSC CMP).
