The contribution of the metabolic syndrome in the development of the coronary arteries atherosclerosis in Yakutia residents
Research objective: to study the pathogenesis (biochemical, immunological and molecular -genetic, mechanisms of metabolic syndrome in different ethnic populations of Yakutia to develop regional and ethnic criteria for the diagnosis of the metabolic syndrome and preventive measures to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, improve the quality and lifetime of cardiac patients.
The study of the genetic structure and the load of hereditary diseases of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) populations
